We stayed at Suzangaron Hotel as a family, and it was truly unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Our children loved the courtyard — a peaceful space where they could safely play while we relaxed with tea. The room was large, spotless, and decorated in a way that made us feel like we were living in a piece of Bukhara’s history. Breakfasts were delicious, full of homemade treats and fresh local products. What made the biggest impression was the kindness of the people — every interaction felt sincere. We left feeling like we had stayed not just in a hotel, but in a home filled with warmth and care.

Suzangaron Hotel perfectly captures the spirit of Bukhara. It’s located in a peaceful part of the old city, within walking distance from the main historical sites. The design is absolutely stunning — a mix of traditional patterns, wooden carvings, and warm colors that create a true oriental charm. The staff are polite, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast each morning felt like a small celebration of Uzbek cuisine. I really appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. Accueil lamentable à l'arrivée, nous avons eu le sentiment de déranger et en plus refus de nous délivrer deux clés pour la chambre. La chambre passable. Lors du départ, personne à l'accueil malgré les appels, nous avons déposé la clé sur le comptoir et partis. Je ne comprends vraiment pas le classement de cet hôtel sur Hotels.com....

We stayed at Suzangaron Hotel as a couple and absolutely loved it. The hotel has a very cozy, family-friendly feeling, and the staff treated us like part of their own family. I loved my stay at Suzangaron Hotel! The building itself has a lot of character, with traditional Bukhara architecture and lovely details everywhere. Premium quality. You may go teracce and you can view all of the old city from up. Wife is very good working , speed is up 1 gb/s , rooms are comfortable and clean. So breakfast is very tasty.

Administrations are helpful. They picked my luggage’s of taxi to hotel . Hotel suzangaron is beautiful and comfortable room. You never hear noise in room. I recommend it and I will come back here

Breakfast is tastefully and very great, i would suggest you to go there for healthy and fresh breakfast.Adminstration also works perfect especially Admin Ulugbek and manager Dior will do their job perfectly.I really glad with this hotel Suzangaron will remind me beautiful sightseeing and unforgettable memories.

The same two people are working on reception and serving the breakfast. When we came at 7:30 PM, we were trying to find anyone for 15 minutes. Very poor furniture in the room, during the night we had outside light in the room, it was not possible to set room temperature..

Needs an improvement.

Service was ractive, zero proactivity. They didn't make the room , they only do it "if you ask for it" (noninformation at arrival). Aircon was unplugged, wifi didn't work properly. Bathroom clearly needs a renovation, specially the shower, with a dirt curtain. Breakfast was basic and had to ask for juice and coffee as machine didn't work. the only positive aspect is tge excellent location.
