Great location right on the doorstep on the channel. Staff really friendly, romms clean and well kept. The bar was nice and decent variety of drinks. We didn't eat as i was visiting a friend do went out but will definitely consider using again wjen I'm back down.

This is a lovely hotel with everything you need. Great for a short stay in Folkestone. Rooms are clean and tidy, a delicious breakfast is on offer and the staff are friendly. Just wish we could have checked in before 3pm.

The cleanliness wasn't to a high standard and the building was tired and the repairs or replacement sections (new and old) didnt mix. The bar areas were modern, clean and friendly staff although there appeared to be young inexperienced staff in the restaurant that needed a shake up. We felt our beds could have been cleaner and questionable whether the bed linen had been changed.
