Good value for the price in an area where hotels are expensive. Staff was super helpful and friendly. My only negatives were the fact that the fridge did not seem to work, the shower water pressure was very weak, and there is no elevator. So if you have any mobility issues, be sure to ask for something on the ground floor. I'm kind of old and have mobility issues and it was no fun Schlepping luggage up and down one flight of stairs.

The staff was amazing from check in to check out. The location is perfect for a peaceful quiet stay with the fun of Venice Beach just 15 minute walk. Cheesecake Factory shares a building with the property where you can dine outdoor while enjoying the sun going down and the city lights coming up in the marina. We already booked another stay in 2 weeks and will add it to our favorites in CA.

We came for a family event. The rooms and the view were really nice. Check in was a little rough as we were arrived a little early and the staff literally told us to come back at exactly check-in time. We had an elderly person with us and had to sit in the parking lot to wait. The hotel was pet friendly and that was a must for this trip. Would stay here again for the price and convenience.
