Great hotel in the historic district of Prague

Amazing hotel. Great service, breakfast, room quality, within a walking distance to most of the major attractions, and proximity to the subway and tram lines. Despite being in the city center, the street is super quiet at night. The hotel is not on a cheap side but definitely worth the money. Highly recommend.

This hotel was conveniently located just a 10 min walk from all the main points of interest for a tourist. Our room actually overlooked the palace! Our only complaint was the deadbolt lock was broken and the air conditioning was extremely finicky.

This is a 5 star hotel You start by getting free champagne on arrival We had some clothes to wash and dry due to a lengthy trip and they took the clothes, wash and dried and returned to our room Expecting a bill at the end of our stay...none Breakfast is amazing Staff is amazing The location is a short scenic walk to the Prague castle and in the other direction a short walk to Charles bridge and then old town a short walk from there. Love this place.

The hotel is a jewel: it was very clean, the staff was friendly and the location is perfect, waking distance to the city castle and cathedral, the Charles IV bridge, the piers and the astronomical clock; you can get to any pf those sites within 15 minutes walk.

The front desk attendants and the bell man were so helpful during our stay. If I had known I would have asked for a walk in shower. Getting in and out of the bathtub was difficult for me. If you need special consideration, please ask.

Good location. Look like they do not have serious management. Each time I pass there is another person on reception. Spa area is closed. Bathroom is not cleaned enough from previous guest, spare of shave hair on sink. In total, not a 5* feeling at all.

The breakfast was too simple, they were reluctant to to fill the empty dishes regularly. The room service was not good either, When we asked to turn the heater (it was Spring), the employees did their best just to persuade us that the temperature was OK, and the heater was not needed!

Sink blocked two days in a row. Wasn’t repaired until the final day. Room door left unlocked when ‘cleaning’. Sheets were not changed either. When reporting to staff they acknowledged the problem but failed to provide any goodwill. Really poor and disappointed.

Welcome drink was very good

The hotel is in a quiet place and the welcoming was very good the man at the reception was very gentle. The room has it own OLD luxury but they should do a good cleaning as the cleaning lady was just changing the towels and tidying up the bed but never cleaning the sink and the tables and as the decor was old there were bugs and spiders coming out of the curtains. Apart from thay the breakfast was good. But also when we were doing the checking out the bellboy-the gentleman- watched me lifting my heavy luggage down the stairs and never chose to help, but he was really helpful when we did the check-in :) I couldn't help thinking that we were leaving and the courtesy&nice behaviour also comes to an end :) anyway they should also do something about the blond lady at the reception as she answered me in such a scolding manner when I wanted more details about the taxi to the airport she was rude :/

Reception at the front desk FANTASTIC. Every time I went there was to ask or requeat something: VERY EXPEDITE and Courtoisie attention. Imposaible to ask a better service. The same evaluation for the cleaning room staff at the floor. Absolutely kind. And they all perfect English-speaking. It is so nice to travel in this kind pf luxury, small hotels.
