Appartamento pulito, ma abbiamo avuto diversi disagi: freddo a causa del riscaldamento spento, nessun tipo di alternativa per poter stare al caldo, il frigorifero faceva un rumore insopportabile e non lo si poteva staccare, inoltre la casa non era isolata acusticamente: potevi sentire i vicini laterali e quelli al piano sotto, letteralmente si potevano ascoltare discorsi e programmi tv. Risultato: zero privacy.
Allucinante dover pagare un alloggio per stare al freddo e nella confusione. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO

Not Happy
To pick up the property keys we had to go to Italianway office at Central Station, then we had to make our way to the property.
I did NOT know this would happen at the time of booking, though I was informed before we left Australia. I was initially told it was walking distance, but it most definitely was not. So we had to get 2 taxi’s
In the apartment, the corner shower base was approximately 5-600 mm sq. With the opening being both doors sliding back halfway.
The opening to the shower was less than 300 mm and my husband could NOT get in the shower!

Had a great time :)
Spent 4 days in Milan and really enjoyed our time in this apartment! The complex is in a great area, (close to multiple cafes, restaurants, and the metro) and felt very safe. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the curtains, they blocked out all the light at night!
Our host included some soap/shampoo/dish cleaners which was very nice, I think it would be super helpful in the future to include a small amount of laundry detergent if possible/in case guests don't want to purchase a large container at the store.
Overall we definitely recommend staying here & would visit again!

My partner was hospitalized for 7 days following a Vespa accident. We booked a non-refundable room because we had zero intentions of changing. Sadly, the hotel would not work with us in anyway. They would not refund, rebook or credit. How disappointing when commerce takes precedence over human empathy.
