reserved an accessible room. website showed walk in shower but that is not what the room had. was just a standard tub with a bench you could pull down from the wall, not usable for us. No hot water at sink or shower. space to maneuver wheelchair in room was non-existent. once on the carpet had to travel entire length of room to turn around and that was a tight fit in every way. space between the beds did not allow wheelchair to be angled in a way that helped person to get in or out of bed without a lot of effort. In 15 years of staying in hotels this was hands down the absolute worst stay we have ever had.
