We had a great stay! Everyone was so welcoming and nice Breakfast had a good variety for adults and kids. The pool is facing the woods and have good size and depth. We highly recommend staying there! The hotel is 20-30min from Beaumont but have a Starbucks, McDonald's and other restaurants a few minutes away from the hotel.

The breakfast was very good. Coffee is wonderful. We did not have a shower curtain. The a/c made a loud noise every time it came on. The refrigerator was also loud. And our next door neighbors had a loud screaming fight including slamming doors and running and screaming down the hallway. To mananagements defense my husband will not call and complain. so hotel staff had no way of knowing this was happening. All in the best part was our breakfast. 😢😢

The best part about this Holiday Inn express was the staff themselves! They were approachable, professional, kind, and to please! The breakfast, every morning or well stocked and beautifully presented, and delicious. Overall, the hotel was clean and easy to navigate. Unfortunately, whatever deodorizer they used was a little heavy with regards to the odor it left. Sometimes I was finding it hard to sleep at night because the odor was so heavy. Other than a few minor repairs needed, the hotel was very clean and well manicured. I would absolutely stay there again, and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a really nice hotel!

Great Service - Awful Rooms

Mold on walls in hallway by stairwell on second floor. Mold on wall in room by outlet of AC unit. If AC unit was below 66 degrees, room smelled awful. If unit was at 66 degrees humidity was so high in room everything felt damp. Toilet leaked in our room leaving a small rusty wet trail by toilet. Dirty socks were found on top of ironing board cabinet. Service by front was wonderful! Tried to move us rooms but nothing available. Breakfast person is AMAZING! She is very attentive - had breakfast ready early - WONDERFUL service experience at front desk and Breakfast. Pool is on small side but worked for what we needed. Pool towels were hard to locate.
