You get what you pay for. The room was clean it definitely could use a deep clean. The hotel needs major updates. No carpet in the rooms is a plus. The hotel is right off the freeway so its pretty noisy. Near major shopping and plenty of places to eat. IHOP is right next door almost attached. Staff was amazing and very helpful to me as I am a patient of moffitt and I was able to rest

We asked for a room facing poolside, hoping that it would help, and we were accommodated. We also enjoyed walking across the sidewalk to get supper at the IHOP.
