This was the perfect location if you are attending the concert across the street at The Van Buren! Had a balcony overlooking the venue and next to the venue I was able to order pizza and fries from Ziggys! It had a microwave, fridge and blow drier! Would stay again.

As a budget traveler, I've stayed in a few rat holes. This motel made the list due to its filthy exterior, the interior stairwell and crumbling of the parking lot. The room itself is outdated, but generally clean (although the bedspread had a cigarette hole). The personnel at this property lack any personality whatsoever, but at least were polite at check in. The neighborhood is downright dangerous. I should've done more research. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
