The hotel was old. There was portable air conditioning in the room, which meant the window was open all the time. When it rained, water came into the room and onto the floor. At night, until midnight, you could hear people talking loudly and music from outside. The shower had a technical issue: whenever you showered, water would run all over the bathroom. But the worst part was their impolite front desk staff, except for one guy at the front desk with glasses. The rest of them were really unpleasant, and Rocio was the most arrogant and impolite person I have ever seen in the hospitality industry.
