Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue was the linens were left on the pull out sofa from previous guest. The clean linens were available so I changed them out. The door to our room had very large gap and the room darkening blinds in sitting room did not work. We were comfortable but if a wheelchair person was in the room, they could not have closed the blinds.
