This hotel is not located in a very family friendly neighborhood. We didn’t even go inside to check in. We waited in the car for about ten minutes and did not like what we saw outside and opted to find a different hotel. It might not be an issue for some but we were not comfortable leaving our car there or staying there with our young child.

Booked this hotel for a quick trip, really really bad area, connected to a liquor store and there was groups of guys smoking/drinking liquor in the parking lot. Room looked decent but was so dirty, the walls, shower, the soaps were half used, one bed had hair and yellow spots on it.

Check in process was fast & easy. Room had a mini fridge with water, sparkling water, & other miscellaneous snacks at no extra cost, which was really nice & appreciated. Bed was comfortable & noise level was good. We stayed one night for a work event in the area. Room decor was beautiful but wish they would pay more attention to cleaning the walls since they all had smudges. I would definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel but the smoke alarm was chirping all night and the toilet has no water flow an we weren’t able to flush the toilet and it was too late to call the front desk when we realized it. But other than that. It was clean and I do love this hotel.

The staff was extremely nice, the room was comfortable and adding free snacks in the rooms is an extremely nice touch. It’s down the street from Disneyland which made our stay very convenient. We will be back.

Room was very clean. Had to air it out because the smell of the cleaning solution was so strong at first. Not a negative, let me know things had been cleaned. The room was good size and the bathroom was so cute!! Fridge was large but the dresser was mostly covered with ice. Didn’t need to use it but couldn’t even if we’d needed to. Coffee maker available but not used. They had some snacks at water in the room for us which was a nice touch. The property is cute and seems newly updated. Overall, we had a great stay.

We had a great experience staying here. Parking is a convenient and affordable, nearby bus stop right in front of our hotel made it super easy as well went to and from Disney with the family. Staff were very friendly. Rooms was cute and cozy and decorated with style. Will stay again.

Staff was nice. There was no screens on the windows, no way to open the blinds. The wand was gone, so it was dark during the day and there was dust on our air conditioner and the lamps above the bed. Other than that. We loved it

There was gross stuff ALL over the walls, floor, and sheets. ALL bedding and towels had RED stains. There was also MOLD growing in the shower. The ONLY saving grace was that the water pressure in the shower was good.
