Bed sheets covered in hair and pillows cases had stains. Pretty obvious cleaning staff just made the bed and didn’t change the bedding! Gross. Bathroom needed a deep clean too. Only decent thing about this place was the front desk staff! Breakfast sub-par!

The room was very nice and clean. However, the front desk staff was difficult to work with because I had booked the reservation through Hotels.com. My adult son ended up joining me at the last minute, and I had originally reserved a room with one bed. Even though they had plenty of rooms available with two beds, they told me that because the reservation was made through Hotels.com, I would have to cancel it without a refund and then rebook a new room with two beds.

The AC was working well. The sheets were clean but almost thread bare. There is only one elevator for the 4 story hotel. The elevator looked run down. Breakfast was ok. It was the absolute worst coffee. They put a 357.00 " hold on my credit card in addition to the 513.00 I was charged for each room. It was still being "held" on day 3. This hotel is old and has been refurbished. I would stay there only if I couldn't find anything else.
