We had a lovely two night stay at the Hotel Denit in the gothic quarter of Barcelona. It was quiet and well-maintained, with someone always at the front desk willing to help. Bonus: it's super close to the pick-up and drop-off point if you are taking the bus to or from the airport!

Excelent location; if you get there in a rental be aware of a lot of streets have tráfic limitations, and The personnel at the front desk (Pako) told me they cannnot send a letter to the City explainning we was in the hotel in case thwy send a Ticket for entering the trafic limited zone.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It’s close to everything we needed - the airport shuttle, restaurants, laundry, sights, museums, etc. We were able to walk everywhere. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. A little noise from the street but not an issue.
