Worst hotel in Milan

This has to be one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at, the staff are completely indifferent to any requests. The hotel rooms a decor seem like its out of the 80's. The roller shutters don't work and the staff don't care it's impossible to sleep because of the noise of the trams and emergency vehicles. Breakfast is very poor as well.

Trust me. Don’t do it. The AC wasn’t working and when I asked for another room they sent me to a room with no AC either. So, if you like to breath, don’t do it. Plus the breakfast was very bad and limited.

L'hotel est tres bien situé, prés du centre de MILAN. Le Duomo est à 20 mn a pied. On n'a pas besoin de prendre tram ou métro. L'hotel est confortable, mais le mobilier aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement ( hall d'entrée vieillot). Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié. Le personnel dexservice estcparticulierement charmant et attentionné. La salle à manger est vaste et confortable. Les chambres sont grandes, mais à rénover également. Pour l"instant, leur confort est plutôt celui d'un 3 étoiles ( et pas d'un 4☆). Mais si vous désirez être proche de ce qu'il faut absolument voir à MILAN, A SAVOIR LE CENTRE HISTORIQUE, avec un bon confort et un prix raisonnable( ce qui n'est pas le cas dans cette zone, ou les prix explosent!), l'HOTEL CRIVIS EST LA MEILLEURE OPTION POUR VOUS: IL EST TELLEMENT BIEN SITUE!

Vi fik et meget ucharmerende værelse med en seng med en hård madras. Det levede slet ikke op til, hvad vi betalte pr overnatning. Hotellet trænger virkelig til en renovering. Receptionisterne virkede arrogante, der var kun en høj ung mand, der var hjælpsom og imødekommende. Hotellet er ikke pengene værd, men det ligger centralt.

Very rude staff (not even a “hello” when arriving at the front desk), no airco even though the website mentions it, suspicion of bed bugs because we got severe bites on our body and none of the upgrades promised through Expedia…

Nice hotel, about 20 min walking from the Duomo. Old style hotel, but clean, renovated, spacious room. Metro is a couple of blocks away and bring you to the Duomo in 5 minutes. No frills, but a very good deal for the money.
