Good value, clean.

The room was very clean. The AC worked GREAT and we had it cranked up. Bathroom was a bit cramped but it had everything we needed and was super clean. Appreciated the staff. They were just wonderful and very helpful. The building is older and needs some TLC but everything in our room worked great.

Teeny tiny room with even smaller bathroom. Chair had no leg pads so when scraped across floor very loud plus when room above moved chair very loud. Hair dryer from the 60’s. Price of minibar different from what desk charges you. Kept my passport even though I was at desk several times. Tripped going to br.

Excellent location for all tourist sites and public transport. Staff are wonderful - pleasant and helpful. Room staff do a great job with plenty of fresh linen every day. This is the perfect place to stay in Milan for a reasonable price. Highly recommend it.

Very good hotel and budget friendly! Beds was quite hard but not to uncomfortable. The shower was amazing with high pressure. The staff were super friendly and you can store your luggage for free. The rooms were clean and nice. You have the metro station only 5 minutes away and it takes 10 minutes to get into the city.

Really kind and helpful staff. Other reviews mention noise from the street, and while this is true, it’s just a consequence of being located on a busy street. Did not bother me that much. Overall very happy with my stay, the staff was friendly and always ready to help.

Hotel is ok. Easy location to walk to the Dominican convent of Santa Maria delle Grazie (last Supper) or to the Science museum. About 20 mins to the Duomo di Milano It is a bit dated and sits opposite the jail but it was ok.

The facilities are old, which causes some major problems (the AC does not work, the gave a fan), but its close to a Metro station that takes you directly to the train station and the major sights. The room is small but clean. It's a good last option if you are only looking for a place to sleep.

Je suis presque sur que légalement ça ne peut pas être considéré comme un hôtel 3 étoiles. C'est la salle de bain la plus petites que j'ai jamais vu. Normalement c'est minimum 3m2, la j'ai mesuré et on est à moins que ça. J'étais arrivé à un stade où je devais enlever le support papier toilette pour pouvoir passer mes genoux sous le lavabo pour aller aux toilettes. Le gel de douche pour se laver était énormément coupé à l'eau, et les portes des douches ne fermaient pas correctement. Ensuite on a pris mes données de cartes bancaire pour "garantie", c'est la première fois que je vois ça. Si la peur était que je me serve dans le frigo, n'ayez pas peur, avec 2 coca et 3 bouteilles d'eau, je ne risquait pas de me servir. Aussi je me demandais si les draps ne devait pas être changé quotidiennement ? Parce que les trous dans les draps étaient les mêmes tous le longs du séjour. Donc soit on ne les changeait pas, soit tous les draps de l'hôtel sont troués.. Je me suis aussi réveillé avec d'immenses piqûres rouges sur mes jambes, alors que je n'avais rien du tout la veille, donc je suspecte que quelque chose m'a piqué dans le lit. En parlant des lits, ils étaient vraiment pas confortables. En somme 3/10,car la dame a l'accueil était très gentil et la clim marchait bien

Good location and everything you might wanna do is walkable but rooms are really outdated, I couldn’t get either of my adapters to fit into any of the plugs and I’ve used them all over Italy previously, had to finally force one of the adapters in so I could charge any of my devices, i found hairs all over the bed and sheets, the aircon doesn’t work and there’s no fans in the room so if you come when it’s hot be prepared to sweat it out and finally the shower flooded the bathroom every time I used it for more than 3 to 5 minutes so I had to keep turning it on and off to drain before turning it on again - it’s cheap, liveable and good location but don’t expect much

When I first arrived, I asked the guy at the counter if he speaks English or Spanish. He only spoke to me in Italian, so I muddled through. He kept my passport for 20 minutes while I waited in the lobby for him to finish the paperwork, and in the meantime other people walked in and he spoke to them in English. After standing around for another 10 minutes I asked how much longer he'd need our passports and he said he was already finished and fished it out from behind his desk. While in the bedroom my dad fell in the small shower when he tripped on the shower curtain, which drags on the floor. My bed was missing a leg, so when I sat down the bed tipped towards the wall.
