Excellent stay - arrived well before check-in and the staff were very helpful and gave us our room early and an upgrade Stayed in the newly refurbished room which was excellent. Hotel is very central and in walking distance to the town/shops and also to funicular that takes you to the old town. Have stayed here 3 times now and woukd always make this my 1st choice of hotel

Very comfortable and pleasant middle-sized hotel. Great breakfast. Perfectly located between Cittá Alta and Cittá Bassa, with a bus stop right in fornt of it and within walking distance from restaurants, supermarkets and the main shopping area. Friendly staff. Great location, very quiet, comfortable, modern. Restaurant was very nice with great view of upper old town. Breakfast buffet was like feeding time at the Zoo, not the hotels fault but recommended going early to avoid the rush. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

The hotel appeared a bit old from the exterior but our room was actually in an upgraded area of the hotel and was quite comfortable. We even had a view of the old city centre on the hill. The location is fabulous as it's close to the funicular to the old town as well as being close to the city centre and the train station. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. Overall, great stay!
