I had a great experience at this hotel in Bangkok. They kindly allowed me to check in earlier than scheduled, which I really appreciated after a long journey. The staff at the front desk, Asia and Chak, were incredibly friendly and bubbly, making the check-in process very pleasant. They even greeted me in Korean, which was a thoughtful and memorable touch. Overall, the service was warm, professional, and welcoming.
