The location is could not have been better. Just steps from the Pantheon. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help. The room was very small (but we knew it would be). It was typical for a smaller European hotel. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t bad at all. The room was very clean and the shower was amazing. We would stay there again.

We only stayed for one night but it was so lovely! We had two rooms and the private suite with the queen bed was gorgeous! It was literally five steps away from the pantheon so it was nice to avoid the crowds, the customer service was wonderful, and the people at the front desk encouraged me to use the little Italian I knew! The breakfast was a separate charge but delicious! My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the street, it was littered with trash after a rambling night. Overall a wonderful stay, right in the middle of Roma!

First time in Rome

Cannot beat the location of the hotel! Walking distance to most of the tourist sites and there is a nearby taxi stand. Staff were very helpful. Our room was a good size. The convertible arm chair beds were not comfortable and the two of them would have been better replaced with another double bed. There is no where to to hang anything in the bathroom and you have to be careful when showering that water does not go on the floor. We left some clothes on the back of the desk chair and after the room was cleaned, they were found in the garbage. The garbage was not removed daily and one of the cups was still dirty from the previous occupant. Would still recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Rome. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Great location, decent sized rooms, and even better service! The location is perfect. You get to see the glorious Pantheon when you start and end the day. And the piazza is a great way to end the day. But what sets this hotel apart is the amazing service. We were taking the train to Naples, and Hotel Pantheon arranged for a taxi to Roma Termini. Unfortunately, we left a phone in the taxi. We contacted the hotel, and they immediately got in touch with the taxi company and driver and retrieved and held the phone for us. Amazing service and super helpful.

Die uns zugewiesenen Zimmer waren eng, dunkel und schwer erreichbar, verwinkelt, steile Treppe. Eine totale Enttäuschung, braune Wolldecken mit Laken. Da meine Tochter arbeiten musste und einen gut funktionierenden Internetanschluss benötigte, haben wir darauf gedrängt die Zimmer zu wechseln und bekamen die Diamant Suite. Diese war hell und geräumig. Der Zimmerservice war minimalistisch. Schmutzige Tassen wurden nicht gewechselt und das Frühstück mussten wir selber aufs Zimmer tragen! This could be one of the coolest places we’ve ever stayed. The hotel itself is gorgeous and really makes you feel like you’re in Rome. The staff were amazing and super helpful. The best part though is the location. It was perfectly located by the Pantheon, amazing food and shopping in awesome alleyways and it seemed that nothing was more than a 15-20 min walk that we wanted to see. Highly recommend the Hotel Pantheon.
