Consistency and putting guest satisfaction first!

My wife and adult daughters have stayed several times with mixed reviews. Wife thought I should give it a try since hotel is beautiful but the staff is what has made prior stays bad. My experience was good, I am hopeful you continue to always be focused on the guest.

Amazing stay! View from our two bedroom on the 36th floor was amazing! Super clean room and the staff was amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The gym is top notch!

Awesome location if wanting to be close to cruise port, shopping, and food. Staff was friendly and helpful.. Rooms were wonderfully appointed and the views were amazing.

Great overall

Great boutique style hotel in a residential building. Rooms are Condo like and with great amenities, including snaks and bar drinks for a fee. My only problem was the shower floor being slippery and the walk in shower doors dont really hold in the water and the bathroom floor flooded with water from the shower. Thin walls also if you're a light sleeper. An upstairs chair was dragged around and could be heard through the concrete floor and woke us up at 3am several times. Lobby is a bit congested but wasnt an issue.
