Staff was helpful and great but I was given a room on 3rd floor had to carry heavy suitcase up and clearly the room had not been used for a very long time, the tap water was brown for the first minute And the fan on ceiling had chunks of dust on it So I guess you get what you pay for so it’s ok

This hotel should not be listed on your site. The room was incredibly unclean, the photos did not match the listing, it did not have the amenities it claimed to have, and immediately upon arriving we were warned by fellow travelers that their room had been broken into and possessions had been taken. We hardly slept out of disgust and fear, and left as soon as we were able.
The unmade bed.
The murder-like smears and stains on the walls.
The absolutely disgusting couch that had crumbs and debris in the cracks, and damage on the arm.
The gross bathroom, with an open shampoo packet someone clearly used as a substitute for the hand soap that wasn't provided.

The fan needs to be replaced or install an air conditioning, because the fans are very noisy which is impossible to sleep with while it's on. They should do something about the wall to have sound proof because it's a diaster noise that disturbs us the whole night, we didn't sleep well at all. All night long it was very noisy from the street. We won't be back! If anyone needs to have a peaceful sleep this is not a place for you.

HOTEL.COM should delist these properties

This place is pathetic and against any standards of HOTEL. This should be delisted, surprise that HOTEL.COM supports these type of Facilities with out validation. One and only fresh thing is WINDOW Curtains. Every linens had stains. Unfortunately we have to spend 6 hours overnight until early morning flight departure. Entire building and room is bad smell and Stains. Mat was drying in shower hanging

Upon arrival there is nowhere good to stop to be dropped off by an uber. During the daytime it was not bad to walk around outside, come night time i would not reccommend leaving the hotel. Our room was not clean, the bathroom had hair all over the ground in the corners. The room we had was directly adjacent to a busy street where cars drove over a metallic grate that rattled your brain every time a car drove over it. There was also a one inch gap between the window and the casing around the window allowing all the sounds odors and bugs from the street to enter the room. The staff was nice enough. But after spending a couple of hours in the room we actually decided we dont want to spend the night there and found a better accomodation. If you were a cochroach from a crack den i would reccommend this hotel. Otherwise i would do everything in my power to stay clear. We were a little upset because from what i found online it was mostly 3 star reviews. We thought it would be good enough for a short stay before flying out in the early morning. For that reason im being very detailed in my review to hopefully save someone the headache my girlfriend and i had while traveling.

Outside noise

It was ok But my room was on the street view and there was a water sewer loose on the corner and every single car make a lot of noise when drive on top of it. Very loud. Can’t let us rest well
