Terrible customer service and not owning up.
The house was on a perfect setting. Me and my wife booked this for a 2 day stay.The first night was good in the upstairs master suite the second night we were overwhelmed with a sewage smell I called customer service first they blamed it on the ocean second time I called they inspected after we checked out and worded around stating nothing was found with a smell wise I wanted to rebook when we checked in but the way grand welcome handled this situation never again will I book or stay with a grand welcome service they word around and turn things against you.
