Wonderful place to stay with an amazing view of the lake from the room. The staff is available to assist over the phone all around, and it’s a quiet and serene location to spend the night. There is dock on the lake to sit and view the lake and the nature around… Location is clean and well maintained… Would definitely stay again if visiting Hot Springs

Water is right outside the sliding glass door. You get your own picnic bench, you have your own grill if you want to grill out ( and they even supply the charcoal) , there are portable fire pits you can use and put on your patio ( they supply the firewood for free also! what!? oh , yea). The bed was a little soft for my liking but I like a super firm bed so thats neglegable depending on what you like. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing is, if you go in the fall or winter the lake is about 5-6 feet low ( this is intentional becasue they release water out of the dam) But the water is still accessable, and there are docks to fish from all year round. Its a nice cozy little spot only about a 10 min drive from the bustle of the Downtown Hot springs area and the nationkal park.

Fantastic lake view, right from your bed. Every room has its own little personality. Cabin feel in a quaint little town. Wish I had a boat! Will look to come again :)

Older hotel but very clean. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Only real issue was the damp smell but that is understandable with the location being on the lake. No frills but nice well kept place to stay.

We came to enjoy the area for our wedding anniversary. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the lake views and the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was clean and just the right size. We will be going back again.

The area is fine and the view of the lake is awesome. However, the bathroom needs renovation. The shower faucet made a loud noise when we turned it off after shower. It took about 10 mins before the noise stop. It made noise again in the middle of the night but just about 2 mins and stopped One bed has dog’s hair and food crumbs. The service we received was phenomenal. It’s easy to connect with the staff via text message.

This was not a vip room by any stretch! Outdated room. Bathroom was very small and not clean. Floors were sticky. Sliding door would not open unless manhandled! Coffee pot did not work. No laundry in the room. Towels were thin and stained. Lake view was nice. We will not return.

We loved the clean room and helpful staff at the hotel. We also loved the lakefront view from our room. Beautiful sunrise each morning over the lake from the seating on the dock or the chair right outside our room! We will stay here if we are back in the area again!
