It’s right by the nippori station so that in itself is a big plus. The rooms are on the smaller end but very much doable for a party of two in one bed, and especially for a solo traveler.
Laundry is on the second floor and very easy to use. Also, never had the breakfast buffet but it is a traditional Japanese breakfast and not an American one, which is great for those looking for that.
Nippori itself is a lively city, with a quiet and calmer neighborhood to the right of the hotel, and plenty of restaurants, cafe’s, and activities to the left. I personally enjoyed the quick and easy access to the area, and the quick walk to Familymart and the station.
Staff was as friendly as can be, and I recommend this place for those on a budget! It’s a few stops from Ueno and akihabara and Tokyo station on the JR line, which means a great ability to move anywhere
Definitely recommend
