Great location and incredibly helpful staff. The room was on a large side and the bed was very comfortable. If you like to open your windows for circulation make sure you book a room with a view as other rooms look into the inner court yard where the reception is. Internet worked well, breakfast was very good.

All the staff in hotel are so kind, they were eager to help us for any thing like a tip for the tour, any recommendation for the restaurant and so on. If it needed to warm the room, should contact the reception. I suggest this hotel for the tour in Granada.

A great location, our room even had a super view of the Alhambra. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly, looking after our baggage until we left in the late afternoon. Building is quite old with lots of character & charm.Misunderstanding re vip status with hotels.com soon sorted out and full size bottle of complimentary fizz given, nice touch (especially as our next hotel in seville, a large 4 star hotel only gave us a mini size bottle between 2 of us!). Breakfast buffet is very good also & well worth extra cost (if not included in your room rate.

This was such a wonderful, reasonably priced stay in the heart of Granada, close to the Alahambra! Lots of old world charm! (Frescos on the lobby walls date back to 1500s.) We were upgraded to a “family” room with cathedral ceilings, and added loft space with stairs, bathroom with a tub. Etc. we were comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for charming and old world- this is for you.
