I traveled with my mom and my aunt and stayed at unit 4. The place was perfect. Check in and check out were smooth. I didn’t have direct contact with the staff because everything was so great that it wasn’t necessary. The only thing I want to point out is the there are stairs in the entrance so access for a walker is a little difficult but it can be solved. Excellent experience. I will certainly come back and recommend it.

Lets just say that this place belongs in the "cheap apartment for rent" category. From very low shower water pressure to rusty refrigerator and non-functional unsafe oven this was a not good at all experience. Price was far too high for the reality of the place. Definitely would not stay again.

If you’re looking for a safe budget place to stay this is it. It was nice except fridge didn’t cook, the freezer worked but not the fridge I notified owners they stated they would check it out before the next party came. If you need extra toilet paper bring it we had 1 room for 4 days. Coffee canister was missing only the pot was there. I bought another cheap one and left it there for the next people. It is a good quiet location. Nothing fancy but safe and convenient

Total Fraud, pictures in hotels.com does not match real apartment. Very poor condition, oven in apartment not working, looks like it is 50 years old. I am travelling around world for more than 30 years. This is one of the worst hotel I ever been. This is trap, when you arrive and see all this, you are shocked. If you want to cancel the stay nobody returns your funds. This is crazy. Client do not have any rights to leave this place.

We stayed in unit 5 at 1745 Jefferson. The unit was very run down and dirty. The shower curtain had to be changed. We had to scrub dishes and cupboards before use. The couch is discustingly sticky and dirty. Carpet was stinky. Couch was aweful to sleep on, it's like a hammock with a bulge in the middle. The shower head is falling apart and the shower drain is partly clogged.

If you are looking for night life then the is area might fit your needs. There is a pup paw daycare next door reasoning for noise. You will hear dogs late at night and early morning. I would not suggest for family or if you want to have a place to lay your head for extended period of time, this is not the place. If you want a place to take a shower and lay your head for the next day of activities then it is fine. I also saw a roach in the space. Too much furniture for the small front room.

BUG INFESTED AND MOLD

We booked this place to stay for 7 nights. We arrived after dark to these apartments and had to park behind in a dark alley with very little lighting. The house next door had about 15 dogs that bark all morning and jackhammering all day on the street. Very NOISY! The unit was bug infested, there were bugs everywhere, even in the beds. We messaged the management and they sent pest control to spray while we were in the apartment. The refrigerator was leaking and had a huge puddle of water on the top shelf, they said they would send someone to fix and they never did. We let them know that we still had bugs 4 days after they sprayed and they said they would send someone back the next day but they didn’t, they came 2 days later with no heads up, while I was in the shower. We discovered that the pillows were disgusting when one of the cases fell off, totally unsanitary. My 70 year old mother, my 8 year old daughter and myself developed chest pains and coughing after staying 3 nights, my daughter developed high fever (103.1) and was really sick and then my mom was sick in the bed also and we ended up leaving on the 6th night. We asked for compensation and management ghosted us, never replied. This place looks NOTHING like the pictures, the A/C units are full of mold, the place has water damage and is a health risk. This place is DISGUSTING. The pictures on the website LIE.
