Hotel ótimo e bem localizado.

Adoramos a nossa estadia! O pessoal é muito atencioso. O café da manhã é ótimo! A localização é excelente! Só a garagem é pequena. Tivemos que colocar nosso carro num estacionamento próximo.

Paid to upgrade for a room which overlooked the cathedral square. Very nice room. The communal areas were atmospheric. The reception staff were very helpful. One of the waitresses needs extra customer care training.

Le bruit a gâche le charme du séjour.

Séjour d'une nuit en amoureux. Très bel établissement, bien situé, en centre ville historique. Par contre une nuit d'horreur!!!! à cause des bruits des autres clients qui ont gâché tout le charme de l'endroit. Les murs sont pas très épaisses et on entendais les gens crier et rire dans les couloirs aussi le bruit de la télévision. On était ou milieu d'un groupe de jeunes Australiens. On a informé l'accueil qui sont intervenue sans grand succès. Le lendemain réveille a 6:30. J'ai fait écouter un enregistrement audio à l'accueil et ils ont pu constater le vacarme et alors après de s'être excuses ils m'on proposé de changer de chambre. Hélas ont partais le jour même. Effectivement le volume de gens est plus intéressant qu'un couple d'amoureux. Le cauchemar!!!!!
