This hotel is very nice, pretty grounds. But the actual building needs some upgrade. Hallways need some ventilation or AC. Rooms can be cleaned better. They should have phones in the rooms and room service. The front office staff needs some training on better customer experience during check in and out. But ALL the other employees were very nice. Main pool should be cleaned better.

The hotel is currently going through some remodeling but our room was still very nice. The staff was amazing and the access to the beach and pools was great. I do think their lunch and dinner options could have a little more of a variety, especially if you are going to stay for more than a couple of days. But everything we are there, including the free breakfast was delicious. Plus, if you get bored with their menu, there are several ''comedores" nearby you can travel to. This has been one of the best beaches I have come across in my recent travels to El Salvador and I really think I want to stick with this place next time I visit

There is a lot of garbage on the beach, right in front of the hotel. It would only take a couple of workers and a couple of hours to clean it up. Also someone else used our room number to order drinks. They should have a better control of this. The beach is nice. The employees were very nice too.

The room was clean the perks and details was poorly supplied only two towels no mat for the shower, no bath towels for dry the hands or small baths for the body the installation roof are under construction very close to the occupied rooms that is annoying, the food and drinks service close to the beach is definitely deficiency, it's a big property but show a lack of maintenance the grass looks very bad and the checking hour is so early and if you want to stay longer you have to pay extra to extend for 3 hours your stay

Beware of this hotel. There is no warm water, and construction to renovate rooms starts at 8 am. We left early because of the cold water showers, still fighting for the refund. I am rating 2 stars because the beach access is excellent and the outdoor space is great. Very peaceful, family-friendly. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. There are no shops or restaurants nearby. Driving distance to everything.

It was a very neat and clean place . The lake from the room was very relaxing . I also liked how I was able to walk from one hotel to the other where you can swim at the lake . The staff is very friendly . I did not like the fact there was not hair dryer in the room. I brought mine and it got burned out the moment I plugged it in.
