This hotel was beautiful and fun. Super easy to walk to the r Center. The room was very modern, but pretty tiny. I wouldn’t want to need to spend a lot of time there. It was perfect for an overnight stay to attend a concert. The restaurants were food. We did dinner and breakfast. Not many food options within walking distance. We really liked the water bottles and refill stations and the pool was unique and quirky.

only options for parking were a paid spot behind the hotel unsupervised for $25 a night or valet that is supposed to be protected for $50 a night. the only difference between the two is valet is a fenced in parking area across the street from the hotel. Ball from our trucks hitch was stolen, among other marks and scratches that we noticed. we also noticed the valet keeps everyones keys in a locked box in-front of the hotel, not secure. the hotel itself is very pretty, but the lack of knowledge given about the amenities to the guests is crazy. the rooms are nice though they are not cleaned as well as they should’ve been. housekeeping came once in our 2 night stay and they did not change the trash or replenish the towels. the phone in the room did not work. the mini fridge was leaking (front desk was alerted and they said someone would be in that night but never came). the first night a fire alarm went off alerting all the guests to exit the building. the alarm turned off a few minutes after and then came back on, the whole time the staff was not alerting the guests of what was happening. the second night our room lights didn’t come on after hitting the switch for at least 10 minutes. we ordered room service, the bill was $165. the food came up cold, the steak was bland and the lamb meal was tiny for the price. the wine we ordered came up still corked with no way to uncork it. due to the phone not working, resolving this small issue was more difficult then it should have been.

First of all, the hotel is beautiful and the art adds such an interesting element. I absolutely loved the building, galleries, and restaurants. Food was delicious and everyone working at Idol Wolf and Good Press went above and beyond although they seemed to be a bit understaffed. Valet staff was helpful. Extremely disappointed, in light of rate paid. No wash cloths, no shampoo or body wash in tub, had to use bath mat in tub in order to avoid slipping due to ultra slick surfaces. Front desk was slow and untrained. Restaurant menu was very unappealing. No hotel baggage carts available, however Valet parking was excellent.

This hotel is one of my top favorite hotels that I ever stayed at! The decor, service and museum is top notch! All of their staff are helpful & friendly. I absolutely loved their coffee shop downstairs too. I highly recommend the lavender latte and cinnamon rolls. I loved everything about it!

I didn’t have a good experience. Me and my family stayed during the Kendrick concert. I booked a king room and upon arrival they had me in a bunk bed room and said they were sold out. It was uncomfortable for me and my husband and the filter was dirty in room. My kids booked a separate room and their toilet ended up not working. The next day they got a new room and I looked on the website and saw they had 2 rooms open. I called the desk to demand our room be moved to one of the open king rooms since that’s what we booked in the first place. They ended up agreeing but said it would happen later in the day. We went out to eat and they called saying the room was ready and we had to hurry back and check into the new room if we wanted it. We had to leave the restaurant before we got to order the main course. The whole stay was annoying. The rooms were nice and the hotel itself was nice but the cleanliness of the room wasn’t great. They gave us a 75$ food and beverage credit for the room mix up but the food costs are a little steep so it didn’t go far. Idk if I’d stay again.

We booked the room last minute on our travels. The hotel was an amazing experience, the room was wonderful. Our son loved the bunkbed and the art gallery and the indoor pool. Husband and I loved the spa and hot tub. Highly recommend staying here!

What a gem of a hotel! Great room, great service at the desk and by the valet Isabella. The pool/sauna/hot tub is excellent and rare to find at a modern downtown hotel. Cant wait to stay again!

We stayed here for our anniversary. From the time we arrived until the time we left, there were issues. There was a fire alarm that went off after we were in bed and we had use an actual fire escape from the 9th floor only to find out it was someone who was smoking in the hallway but yet no one notified the hotel of an all clear as we stood outside in our pajamas after going down a fire escape. When I talked to the Room Director he told me it was the fire department’s job not his. Next, the elevators weren’t working and we had to walk up and down 9 flights of stairs. When I inquired, I was told some kids were jumping in the elevator and it caused a problem. Perhaps someone would be managing the property a bit better? We asked for cups for our coffee maker in our room. Never could get them. This was a terrible start. It was our first time here and it will be our last. When we stopped to talk to the front desk at check out, multiple people were complaining. Strong suggestion to get some alert and involved manager.
