I very much enjoyed my stay here at Vancouver Studios. I like to have a kitchenette when I travel so I can prepare my breakfast in the morning. The room was very clean. The hotel was very clean. This is my fourth visit to Vancouver Studios and as always provided all I needed for my stay. Immaculately clean and ordered with the extraordinary capability to turn a very small space into a highly functional, meet all short term needs, apartment - including the visual experience of open airiness. Very comfortable bed, high pressure reliable shower - everything required for short term self provision in a highly organised kitchenette, plenty of storage in the form of drawers and cupboards. Quiet, airy, and as warm/cool as I chose it to be. Also every staff member is charming, friendly, helpful, informative - very inclusive but totally non interfering unless requested. My experience this time as previously is that any issues are immediately attended to and resolved. The location is very convenient for immediate access to transport and shops but is itself in a very quiet tree lined avenue. I am so pleased I found this hotel and will continue to return whenever I am in London

I loved staying in this charming and special property. The decor really made me feel like I was staying in a friend’s large home. It is within walking distance of many good shops, cafes, and places to eat. About ten minutes walking from Queensway tube. The staff were all quite kind. Staying here really enhanced this trip to London. As always sad to leave but would like to return.

The rooms smelt like egg, we were on the top floor to begin with which was awful to get up to. The stairs are a killer and very windy. We then complained about our room and first felt like we weren’t believed and the boy receptionist came to check our room and finally believed us. We got moved to the first floor with two separate beds which we weren’t to pleased about. In the morning got up to shower and the shower smelt like egg again, we packed up our stuff and left early disappointed and a bit disgusted. It is near some shops however the egg smell really put us off going back to this hotel
