Staff were generally really helpful. My issue was the room. I booked a single room as I was a single traveler The room was very small Dark, and was desperately in need of a lick of paint, new furniture and carpet. Some of the wall paper was bloated and had detached from the wall. I think the wardrobe was bigger than the shower, which I must say had good pressure, but suffered from only tepid heat. The room was usable but I didn’t want to spend anytime in it other than sleep. I did ask at reception if I could move but was politely told there was nothing available till my last evening. Breakfast was decent and plentiful and the bar prices were what I expected for a hotel. The vista is fantastic

A little dated but service was exceptional. Easy parking. Great food both in the evening and breakfast. Clean room. Small shower and not a fan of having the sink in the bedroom not the bathroom.
