Loved it!

Wonderful! I had a very quiet room in the back. Very comfy bed and pillows. Slept well. Clean as can be. Friendly staff. Within walking distance of all sight-seeing. Great restaurants in the area. Felt safe. Wonderful coffee and cold water available. Staff is the best. Value for the cost.

Nice room, minimal service

My room was very clean, large and tastefully appointed. Location is good. After reading reviews about the great service others received, I decided to book. I was disappointed in the service and saw no one on the premises while I was there (I thought the reviews indicated otherwise). I had some issues with the air conditioning in my room, exchanged a few texts with the owner (?) to resolve the problem temporarily but never received an acknowledgment to my follow up request regarding air conditioning issue. Building is old with plenty of character but no lighting on stairwells (107 steps to get to the rooms if not taking the charmingly decrepit elevator). Keys must be used to get out of rooms (as well as to get into). Initial access to the room is via prompts on mobile phone (you don’t pick up the keys until after you’ve accessed the room) which is fine if your mobile internet access is 100%. My internet access was a bit spotty on my phone but ultimately I was able to get into the room. Electricity to the room is via one of the keys—I have traveled through many countries but was not familiar with having to turn on/off the electricity where I was staying. Owner indicated to me that this was noted in the instructions (small key=electricity) so user error on my part since I was not familiar with the concept. Since the electricity is off when the room keys leave the room, I am not sure why there is a refrigerator in the room (anything left in it would not remain cold).

Amei o espaco , bem decorado, confortavel e silencioso. O Giovanne sempre muito educado e solicito. Tudo otimo, boa localizacao. Embora não tenhamos gostado na cidade de Palermo. Achamos tudo muito feio, sujo e sem charme. O contratio do B&B Moris.

La stanza si trova al quarto piano di un palazzo in una struttura spaziosa che occupa quasi tutto il piano. La stanza è bella pulita e comoda. Cè una area comune con una cucina e stoviglie. Nella stanza che abbiamo occupato noi, unica pecca non trascurabile, è il rumore del trituraturatore degli scarichi che si sente molto forte ogni volta che viene usata l acqua nella stanza accanto. Check in gestito da remoto comodo per l accesso.

A fantastic BnB - very clean, light, airy and spacious with lovely high ceilings. It is walking distance from all the attractions, as well as, the train station (Palermo Lolli) that goes to the airport. Daniella is a fantastic hostess! Her natural warmth and sunny disposition adds to the Moris experience, while enjoying delicious Sicilian pastries and coffee for breakfast. I highly recommend Moris and will definitely book it again next time I’m in Palermo.

Great place to stay

The room was perfect! It had two rooms, with a queen bed, tv, minifridge in each. The place was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had a great shower with plenty of hot water. If we were to return to Palermo, we would definitely stay here again.
