Great hotel with very pleasant staff. A little bit away from “centrum” of holbox, but quiet and lovely. We loved the pool and beach area. The guy in the bar was very service minded. The breakfast was the same everyday. Wouldn’t mind if they switched a little bit, but all in all good breakfast. We booked a 3 island tour from the hotel, which was nice. The staff is very helpful and always smiling. Big thanks to Enrique and all the staff. Our stay was perfect and we hope to be back someday.

Établissement très jolie bien située, à 15 min à pied du centre, le réceptionniste pas très avenant, cependant les serveurs au top, le seul défaut, c’est l’insonorisation, on entend vraiment énormément ce qu’il ce passe dehors, dans les couloirs et dans les autres chambres. Magnifique cadre

Excellent food, chef is very talented. Great location on the beach and a short 5-10min walk away from town and restaurants. Very cozy and beautiful setting with the restaurant/breakfast area. Bit of problems with birds at breakfast and I don’t understand why the staff were not better at cleaning the tables. That would probably solve the problem with the birds. Clean and modern rooms, newly renovated. I definitely recommend this place!

The staff were all amazing! Julieta went above and beyond, even before our arrival, to help us book transportation to the island, golf carts, and dinner reservations for Christmas. And although she was off site, continued to check in throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. The staff at the front desk were exceptional also. And the staff at the restaurant all worked very (very) hard to make sure that the breakfast buffet was always fresh and continuously replenished. They were a great team with a great leader who worked equally as hard! The rooms were very clean and each day they gave us a couple bottles of water. Everyday they raked the beach, swept by the pool, and mopped the sidewalk tiles. Prior to our arrival I read some really alarming reviews that made me doubt our choice of hotels. Unsure if some of these are meant for their other resort, The Blue, which is close-by? So although I often think that nothing is perfect, our stay at My Blue came really close!

Le petit déjeuner était limité et pas de super qualité. C est décevant pour le standing de l'hôtel. Par contre, la vue sur la mer du bar/resto et la piscine est top. La plage avec les transats de l'hôtel aussi

Muy bonitas instalaciones, con todo lo necesario, siempre limpias y el aire acondicionado al 100%. El personal muy discreto en su trabajo y atento para ayudar, lo que permite disfrutar el descanso sin interrupciones.
