The staff were all lovely, and very kindly agreed a late checkout to take a zoom meeting, but then this wasnt communicated to other staff who kept knocking and calling while I was trying to have an important call. This has got to be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in London. It’s quiet, incredibly beautiful and perfectly located - 9min walk to Pimlico station and 12min walk to Victoria. Great restaurants around. The rooms are on the smaller side but we absolutely loved it. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone!

It was a very good hotel, clean and looked nice. the rooms are small but for us that just traveled with a back pack it was perfect. the hotel is very central and very near Victoria station where you can also take express train to Gatwick, it is also near Pimlico station, some restaurants and a grocery store

Rooms are VERY small, and only Contain double beds, despite booking a queen for more than a double Room. There was a dirty towel in our. Bathroom when we arrived, leaving us concerned with how clean it was. No elevator either, so for a hotel with 4 floors, that could Suck.
