Excellent hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and informative about local attractions alway going that extra bit to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is in a fabulous location just 10 minute’s walk from the train station. Would advise getting a room overlooking the courtyard as the square can be a bit noisy.

Absolutely loved our stay! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a quick check in and check out process. The staff also called and arranged for a taxi to the airport - which was amazing seeing as we have a very limited French vocabulary. The hotel is very central and close to all the local bars and restaurants. Its also a very short walk to the spectacular Cathedral.

un séjour médiocre

Dans la chambre qui m'a Ă©tĂ© affectĂ©e; il y avait une odeur trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able. La porte de la salle d'eau ne pouvait pas s'ouvrir complĂštement car le radiateur a Ă©tĂ© posĂ© derriĂšre elle, la douche est dĂ©pourvue de porte donc, mĂȘme en prenant des prĂ©caution, le sol est mouillĂ© dons utilisation de serviettes pour Ă©ponger, une des lumiĂšres de chevet n'a pas de globe de protection, de la moisissure sur un coin du bac Ă  douche, la protection de la bonde de la douche cassĂ©e, le support de la pomme de douche sur la barre de douche inopĂ©rant, l'interrupteur du couloir couvert de crasse, la moquette du couloir tachĂ©e, le support de serviette derriĂšre la porte ne tient pas. De ce fait, en rentrant de dĂźner, j'ai demandĂ© de changer de chambre ce qui a Ă©tĂ© fait, mais dans cette chambre, le support des serviettes de toilettes trĂšs mal fixĂ©. Tout cela, m'amĂšne Ă  dire que la Direction ne fait aucun contrĂŽle de l'Ă©tat des chambres, ne prend pas les mesures correctives, quitte Ă  ne pas louer certaines chambres le temps de faire ces menus travaux. Cet hĂŽtel ne mĂ©rite pas d'ĂȘtre classĂ© 3 Ă©toiles, il n'arrive pas Ă  la " cheville " de l'hĂŽtel 3 Ă©toiles louĂ© dans un pays frontalier avant mon sĂ©jour Ă  BĂ©ziers avec un tarif de la nuitĂ©e Ă©quivalent. A part tous ces griefs, l'hĂŽtel est situĂ© centre ville pas trop loin d'un parking public;

Ett ganska slitet hotell som hade frÀschats till med lite fÀrg pÄ vÀggarna. Detta lyfter dock inte intrycket utan fÄr ses som ett lÀgre klassificering Àn den hotellet anger. Personalen var dÀremot mycket trevlig och hjÀlpsam och lÀget pÄ hotellet var bra!
