Hotel was conveniently placed within 10 minutes of the nearest tube station with many ameneties around. On entering the property we were greeted by a cheerful receptionist and a sign saying sorry no breakfast being served so the image on the website is misleading. Room was a bit on the small side but it is London so we were expecting this. Beds comfy but only one pillow and when we requested another one we were told they didnt have any although we weee giben one from a room that wasnt being used. No kettle in the room which was a little disapointing. Overall hotel was good value and the inclusion of more pillows and a kettle would greatly help

O chuveiro do quarto quase não saia agua, durante o banho a agua acabava. Uma vergonha tratar um hospede que veio de muito longe não ter condições de tomar um banho adequado. A TV não funcionava, funcionaria disse que é porque o 4º andar não tem pressão, e a TV porque a operadora estava com problemas. Nada foi feito. Acho até adequado que seja reembolsado porque saí muito frustrado.

Disappointing basic amenities. Arrived on a cold and wet January day. Window was partially open on arrival. Had to ask receptionist to turn heating on. Never warm. Heating went off early morning so cold when got up around 09.00. Hot water in bathroom sink but extremely lukewarm in shower.

I ad a single room, it was clean and great location, but when I say small, I really mean really small. The single bed was against the wall, and luckily I only had a carry on suitcase that I put on the floor at the end of my bed, therefore you could not open the door to get out. The price was very good, the location was 4 minute walk from Victoria coach station, and the room was very clean, but literally no amenities, slightly more like a hostel set up. If you are on a budget, and want to be in a great location, this would work well.

Stayed at Oyo Townhouse for one night during a family trip to london. Facilities were very basic and room wasnt particularly comfortable. It was clean enough but the bin and radiator in the bathroom were covered in rust and my little ones feet were black after walking on the carpet bare foot!! The pressure in the shower was absolutely awful and there were no drink making facilities so couldnt have a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. Served a purpose but definitely would not stay here again for the money.

The staff was nice, but the room was small and not like the pictures. There was paint stains on the walls, dust behind the TV, and just didnt feel clean. The room was not soundproof either. We heard when the rooms next door came and went.

Suite was tight but understandable at the price point. Clean. For some reason UK hotels insist on leaving out non-functioning remote controls for their TV's and theyre always a pain to use. My largest grief was their elevator. Its functionable but it stops half way between floors, so if you have luggage, youre hauling up stairs whether you use the elevator or not. Not really useful for handicapped people or making life easier hauling stuff.

Nonostante qualche presa elettrica non funzionasse, il personale è stato molto gentile a venirci incontro per caricare i telefoni. Piacevole permanenza di un giorno, albergo in zona centrale silenziosa e minimal. Pulizia ok.
