Es war wirklich super. Eine kurzfristige Änderung des Zimmers und die Beschaffung eines Föhns waren überhaupt kein Problem. :-) Unsere Ansprechpereon vor Ort war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Ein bisschen mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten wäre schön. Im Bad waren keine Regale angebracht. ( für Shampoo, Duschcreme usw.) mussten alles auf dem Boden stellen. Ansonsten war es okay 🤗

Es wird nach Personal gefragt, in der Bewertung. Davon sieht man nichts, allerdings ging es vor Ort mit der Anmeldung sehr gut und unkompliziert. Wenn man Probleme hat, gibt es eine Telefonnummer. Zimmer sind halt anders als man gewohnt ist. Aber alles gut. Die Lage ist mega. Besser geht nicht. Terrasse, klasse mit Meerblick. Was will manmehr. Kaffee und sonstiges gibt es vor Ort. Also 1 plus

Super nah zu Strand. Absolutes Highlight in Grömitz. Nichts ist näher am Strand. Parkmöglichkeiten sehr eingeschränkt. Sehr sauber, aber teilweise in die Jahre gekommen (zB war der Toilettendeckel locker). Check-In am Tablet war nur beschränkt möglich, weil das Formular keine Mailadresse nicht akzeptiert hat. Es ging dann nicht weiter und ich musste mir Hilfe über eine Telefonnummer suchen. Würde die Unterkunft trotzdem empfehlen.

Vi glæder os til at komme igen!

Vi havde er fantastisk ophold. Personalet var enormt søde og hjalp os med at tjekke ind. Jeg havde ved en fejl kommet til at booke et værelse med køjeseng i stedet for dobbeltseng. Det ændrede de for os med det samme, uden besvær. Det lægger virkelig dejligt lige ud til stranden og der var gratis parkering. Vi glæder os til at komme igen en anden gang.

Skønt lille Hotel lige ved Strandpromenaden Vi var 3 voksne og 2børn Vi fik et stort værelse , med 2x2 adskilte seng og ovenover begge to var der endnu en seng , så 6 sove pladser ialt Det var genialt indrettet , især når der er børn med Så vi var meget tilfredse

There is a self service check-in that requires you to fill in very much information that takes too long. There was no TV in the room. the bed sheets was folded on the bed for you to make your own bed. it was very high priced for this low standard.

Standort sehr schön, wir hatten auch eine tolle Aussicht. Kontakt zu den Mitarbeitern hatten wir keinen, bekamen aber schnelle antworten über Email. Wir hatten 3 Übernachtungen, davon konnten wir allerdings keine einzige durchschlafen. Sehr hellhörig, man hört jede Tür die auf oder zu geht und morgens wird früh gesaugt. Und wir hatten unser Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk und nur einen direkten Zimmernachbarn. Keine Ahnung wie laut es dann in den anderen Zimmern sein muss. In der letzten Nacht hatte sich dann unsere gute Zimmernachbarin um 4 Uhr morgens, (wie auch immer?) ausgesperrt und ein netter Mann wollte ihr helfen indem er 15 Minuten an die Tür klopfte und rief (dafür kann die Unterkunft natürlich nichts). Wir hatten trotzdem ein paar schöne Tage.
