The stay in downtown Nashville was amazing. The place was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The family room area was spacious enough for the 6 of us, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.The natural design of the apartment was very appealing and the furniture was functional, stylish and comfortable. The only issue was that the barn doors for the second room did not adequately cover the room and did not lock. I think that room would benefit from double doors that close and lock for more privacy while not allowing more light from other areas in. This wasn’t a big issue for us because my wife and I left the doors half open because we had our kids with us. However, if we were just visiting with friends it would be a little uncomfortable because even though you can close the doors, people can still see in from each side. So there would be no chance of intimacy. :-) Fix that issue and go will have a 10 out of 10 review every time!

Will forever choose this property/chain when they’re available after such a wonderful stay. Highly recommend. Parking was slightly confusing but the customer service responded instantly when I had questions. Highly recommend.

It was perfect! Walking distance from shops, restaurants and The Ryman. It was well decorated and the bed was so comfortable! The staff was extremely helpful! Would book it again in the future!

Very nice hotel only 3 blocks off Broadway. Was more like an apartment than a hotel which was perfect for us. We each had our own room and bathroom. Even though no one is visible on site we had great communication with them throughout our stay.

Kasa needs to improve the checkin process. There is no way to go back to get parking pass once you reject it 1st pass. Instead on paying the discounted $30 parking we paid $47. You can end up paying up to $52 depending on where you park without that pass. Kasa team via the number provided was unresponsive to 3 requests to get a link so we could get a pass.

Really nice stay at the spacious apartment which was in a good part of town but close to Broadway and shops and restaurants. I would recommend Kasa to friends and family and will look for the brand when I visit other Cities.

The unit was alright, but they charged us a $1000 fine for stains on the mattress that was definitely were not made by us. In the pictures they shared they clearly to have completley dried out wert stains, if those were made by us they would not have dried out within a day, and we only stayed there for a night. Also we asked them to show us the pictures of the sheets with the same stains and they stated claiming we might have removed the sheets and made the stains. They did not at least assure us that they will investigate. Very untrustworthy. Unfortunately, Hotels.com was not able to help either.

This place was absolutely perfect in every way! We rented the studio apartment and it was everything we needed and more. The place is incredibly spacious, the bed was super comfortable as was the couch (which also was a pullout so could have slept 4 if needed). It was very clesn, fully stocked, and conveniently located to all the downtown Nashville fun with just a short walk. They communicate everything you need to know very clearly and timely. We will definitely stay again next time we visit!

What an amazing stay. From the time of booking they were in constant contact. Make sure to read the check in instructions and pre-check in is a must to save you a headache. If you are parking in their lot make sure you don't have a big truck. We paid hell trying to get into and out of parking garage. The place is perfect other than that. Not much around it for late night food but broadway is about a 10min walk at the most. Overall 5* place. We will be staying here every time we stay in Nashville.
