I recently stayed at Zaha Taiba Hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable stay. It’s about a 15-minute walk from Masjid Nabawi, which is manageable and convenient.
However, my experience was soured by the man at the small café near the check-in area on the first floor. He was quite rude, which left a negative impression. Good customer service is essential, and because of this, I would think twice before staying here again.
Overall, the hotel itself is nice, but the staff’s attitude—especially in customer-facing roles—needs improvement.
