Cozy place with three beds is hard to find!

We stayed in a really cute basement suite in a residential neighborhood that was a short driving distance to restaurants and shops. The sweet looked mostly newly renovated and the bedrooms had really nice beds that were as luxurious as any hotels. There were a few details that we pointed out to the owners and they took our feed back positively and said that they would rectify those things in time for the next guests. The main one was that the dishwasher was not working, so I would want to make sure that that has been addressed. The hosts live upstairs and were very nice and accommodating. We had a lovely time staying there and going out and enjoying the area.

Best bed for me but quite a lot of of dusty and or dirty spots. No face cloths and they would not bring any until after 9pm which was too late for us by then. Yard was overgrown and weedy with garbage. There was a lot of noise from the main floor above (which was loud enough to prevent my sleep and wake me up at times)until 11 pm then again before 6 am to 7am. I tried phoning and texting so they could make improvement but no answer. Place could be could with a deep clean and few repairs and quiet time respected. Would hold more than just three of and maybe then better than getting two rooms for a larger family. I don’t feel I got good value for my money in this instance.

TERRIBLE PROPERTY!!! Booked a 2-bedroom suite and had to leave after one night — it was that bad. Extremely strong smell of cat urine and litter, filthy floors and furniture. Even under the beds was disgusting. The bathroom and shower were in appalling condition, appliances were dirty, and the entire unit was completely unsanitary. No stove in the unit (despite photos suggesting otherwise), no cable, and no top sheets on the beds, just a comforter. The outside of the property was just as bad: broken furniture at the front entrance, a broken-down vehicle in the driveway, an unkept lawn, garbage laying around, and the smell of cat litter everywhere. You could also hear a cat upstairs (or possibly something in the walls). We had to pay for another hotel in a different town just to get out of there. Reported it to Hotels.com as this listing should not be on the platform. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again. This property has clearly been neglected for a long time.
