Wonderful stay. Room was a bit small( no windows open) but cozy and clean. Staff were warm, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Enjoyed watching the river view from my room in the morning and evening. Breakfast was great. Spacious GYM was good too for workout. Great location. Vincom Plaza was nearby, walking distance less than 10 mins. I will definitely stay again!

Check in system seemed over complicated & there was a 3 way staff conversation before they were finally able to sort it. For my second consecutive visit there was a problem with availability of clean towels by the pool. I eventually had to take the elevator from the 25 to the 5th floor to bring to the attention of staff. There needs to be more frequent checks of the pool area to check on available towels.

Can’t fault the property. For a hotel nearly 1 year old it has it all. The room was perfect for me as I’m a solo traveller, queen bed, work station desk in my room and modern bathroom facilities. Check in was a breeze and with a roof top bar and pool with amazing views. Met the general manager who is also from Australia and you can definitely tell he cares for his staff as they care for their guest. Would stay here again
