Need more frequent shuttle service to and from the town. Front desk staff need to consistent about information provided to guests. Breakfast was plentiful but boring. Considering this is a French island, the dinner was extremely disappointing. Either a new chef should be hired or they just need to overhaul the menu.

Beautiful but useless, stressful, and frustrating.

Gorgeous, and tranquil setting! The best part of the hotel. However the restaurant is mediocre, overpriced, slow service and bland food for such a fabulous setting. Also, the so-called “free shuttles” are so infrequent that they are almost useless. There are only a handful that head into town and they end at 4:45pm. You have to make reservations for them, and even if you do, a number of people will still take your place. After dinner ends, you have zero food and snack options and the shuttle does not operate in evening though you could try to pay extra for one. Most of the information I received from the staff was completely unreliable. We really felt like we were on our own in figuring everything out although it’s beautiful, we would not stay there again, most likely, and would not recommend it.

Bon rapport qualite prix. Petit hotel avec piscine et plage situé au calme en bout de l’ile mais avec bus navette. Le top est de louer une voiturette qui permet de se déplacer dans l’ile librement. Deco des chambres a revoir mais propre.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement loin de l'embarcadère et de la foule de la journée, au calme en bord de mer. La piscine est très bien et l'hôtel a un accès direct à la plage, petite mais super. Nous avions réservé un bungalow avec une petite terrasse et un petit jardin pelousé avec transat. C'était top. Les chambres étaient propres, très bonne literie, calme, un bon restaurant; Bref un endroit idéal pour se reposer. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation. Le seul bémol que nous mettrions mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel même s'il pourrait intervenir (faut-il qu'il le sache) c'est que certains enfants sont extrêmement bruyants en hurlants sans cesse autour de la piscine ou sur la plage avec des parents qui ne réagissent pas et qui laissent faire. Nous avons été plusieurs à intervenir gentiment mais cela n'a pas changé grand chose. C'est le seul irritant constaté mais qui n'est vraiment pas grave.

L'hôtel est situé dans cadre magique avec magnifique vue mer, tout prés de la plage pain de sucre et Crawen. La chambre est dans son jus , salle de bain veillote mais propre. Agreable terrasse vue mer. Le petit déjeuner est très bien , varié et produits frais dans un espace très agréable face a la mer. Il existe un endroit où nous pouvons laisser nos bagages quand nous arrivons tôt avant que la chambre soit prête et nous pouvons aussi les laisser si nous partons après la remise des clés. Ce qui est très appréciable. La première jeune personne rencontrée à l'accueil a été très agréable . Par contre en fin de journee la personne plus âgée a été très désagréable mettant peu d'enthousiasme à nous expliquer le wifi , qui de toute facon , ne marche pas bien avoua t elle à la fin après avoir insinué qu'on n'était pas capables de faire des codes (qui n'étaient pas les bons).
