I liked the size of the room and the bed was very comfortable, the toilet was of a nice size and has a šŸ› too. The desk of the room was so spacious you can put all your things and eat and it was in a convenient area, 8min walking to the station, the area is a bit poor itself as it is in ilford but with the Elizabeth line very close to all the major places you want to go to. The staff at check in was friendly, good value for money, i recommend it

You get what you pay for.

Good value for money and location. Good to stay here if you have car. We have stayed here three times, but this time we got to know that there will be not any cleaning before every 7th day. We had to ask for refill in the reception. We didnā€™t get refill even the refill sign was putted on the door. So that was a minus. Staff was overall nice. You get what you pay for.

The staff were lovely. Wish I could say the same amount the room. They turn the heating off and so the room and toilet were freezing. The radiator was mouldy. The toilet hadnā€™t been cleaned with stains left in there. I will not be staying here again.

Customer service: not great, they gave me key which did not work and had to come down to activate (i think it was not activated) and toilet, poor(clogged up) and duvet, was thin ( i think they forget to change as it was freezing minus) Overall, not happy.

Cheap and cheerful. You donā€™t get a lot for your money. A hard bed and pillows and a travel kettle. The reception was uninviting and tired. Wouldnā€™t stay there again.

The elevator was not working on one of the days. But the most odd thing is the internet. They only provide free internet for 30 mins per day. You can buy internet but when I did, I was unable to figure out how to add another device to it. I would highly recommend just adding additional charges to the rent and get rid of this paid internet.

Un disastro. La camera era si grande, ma polverosa e sporca. Come sporco era tutto l'hotel. Per non parlare del quartiere. Non lo consiglio a nessuno. Al personale dell'hotel poi pare dare solo fastidio. A disaster. The room was large, but dusty and dirty. The whole hotel was dirty. Not to mention the neighborhood. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The hotel staff seemed annoyed by us. Un desastre. La habitaciĆ³n era grande, pero polvorienta y sucia. Todo el hotel estaba sucio. Por no hablar del barrio. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Al personal del hotel parece molestarle todo.

Location was ok right next to a pay and display car park (discounted but not free parking for travelodge guests). Local shops and trains and buses close by as well. Initial contact with staff was a young gentleman who was basically quite rude and told us to go away and come back 45 mins later to check in. On second arrival met with a lady who was pleasant enough. Got to the room and had booked a family room for 2 adults 2 children and an infant. The cot bed had not been including on the booking apparently even though it was mentioned on all my paperwork. After a short discussion she agreed to have a cot brought up to our room. This came with just a full size single bed sheet only so was rock hard. My daughter basically slept on folded towels and blankets we brought ourselves so if you are wanting one maybe bring a cot mattress or use your own travel cot. Cost of parking was Ā£18 for 3 nights which I think is very good. To get to the city of London it's a train to Stratford then a tube into the city and trains are very regular.
