Stayed in the hotel for 5 days. Yeah, it's pretty pricey. Not just the hotel, but the whole town is expensive. The hotel's in a great spot. Getting around is easy. It's like, less than a 10-minute walk from Interlaken West station, and both Coops are close too, like a 5-10 minute walk. Make sure you check the bus and train times earlier. Most of the available for every 30mins or 1 hours. Check the weather one or 2 day before and alternate the plan accordingly.

Staff were responsive attentive to our needs..they store the luggage for you.. most places in Interlaken does not do. however basic room..bathroom is clean but old and moldy. Beds are not comfortable. Location is convenient.. close to restaurants, Grocery and shopping cannot expect more in Interlaken. For the price bathrooms need to be renovated and better beds to be provided.

I would rate this as 1 step above a hostel. You do have a private room and bathroom but the room is sparse and quite small for 2 people. The bathroom we had was full of black mold spots and the linoleum was lifting. The composite floor in the room had multiple spots that were separating. While some of this is trivial, it does give the appearance of poorly kept hotel. The mattress are a bit thing and uncomfortable. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate extra pillows and towels but do not expect much more. If you are looking for a place to just sleep, then this is the place for you. If you are looking even moderate comforts then I would look elsewhere,

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Upon entering, the room/beds seemed fine, however when we entered the bathroom, it appeared to be in very poor condition, the blow dryer didnt work, and overall just unclean. The weather was also quite hot, and there was just one small handheld fan, which did not suffice for our whole family throughout the room. The bedsheets also had stains, and the room was not cleaned daily. It took two request and two day to have the room cleaned. I wouldn't recommended this hotel.

Beds were not comfortable. Bed sheet has stains. One bed sheet was very old and has hole. Bathroom light was very dimm and it was not working on last day of our stay. Towels were not enough and were very low quality. There was no micro wave or refrigerator in the room although we paid $800 for two nights.

Our room was about 20ft from a 26 ton crane and construction site. They started at 7am and banged until 7pm. The indian restaurant below's cooking smells, which smelled great, none tge less were every breath. You could close the window but then the room got warm. The construction noise was the real problem though.

The worst experience you will ever have, stay away

The worst experience you will ever have, stay away from this hotel. .The attitude is shocking, there is construction in the building in front of the rooms that wakes you up at seven in the morning, the shower is disgusting with mold and not clean, the service is Horrible, they ignore you and are not willing to talk to you,for help. The most appalling attitude. My advice is to stay away from there

Not clean rooms

Excellent location in Interlaken, room was comfortable but they did not cleaned the room during a 6 day stay. Everyday we came back after our day trips we wiil find new towels and empty trash cans but they wiil not sweep or mop the floors. So any garbage on the floor was always there when we came back. Dissapointing !!
