The Rich Residences are older with small rooms. Rich Grand is better, at same location and building, just more renovated. I was upgraded on the first day as AC in Rich residence did not work and could not be fixed. Overall, my experience in buidling was good, many shops open till late night in basement. The pool was being renovated during my stay but I was sent messages in advance for this.

We had a very nice experience. Great two bedroom room incl two bathrooms. All super clean, balcony with a view to the skyline. Big and clean outdoor pool, sauna and a fitness with a view to the pool and skyline as well. Breakfast could have been better, but all in all the stay was super nice!

Hotel is new. Location is good, B200 taxi from Chit Lom (new hotel around Chit Lom is 3 times more expensive). The hotel has a nice & petite swimming pool and gym. Best for those who don’t spend a lot of time in the hotel. Staffs are very friendly. My only complaint is that shower water is only luke warm. And given the hotel is so new, I would suggest the management to better decorate the room with bigger furnitures that fit the room, and accessories like blue tooth speakers. Overall, good experience!

3nites stay, location is good near BTS(Nana) & shopping malls. Clean & spacious room, with kitchen. Had booked with breakfast for last 2 nites. Had our 1st breakfast & were shocked with the buffet spread were cold without any heating. Ask the waiter, told to select your food and they will heat in microwave. Could not continue with the breakfast. Feedback to hotel manager, they were aware of the situation, got my refund only 1 breakfast & and not 2.

family stay in june

we had the 1 bedroom unit. location was walking distance to nana station. our unit had a few instances of power trips which caused the unit to blackout. But once i knew how to reset it, i could reset it myself if it tripped. maintenance couldnt figure out where was causing the trip. unit has a microwave which was convenient. and a larger fridge than typical hotel room. both tvs are smart google tvs. wifi was good.

The room had a bad sewage stench. Staff are pleasant and tried to be helpful but could not resolve the issue by spraying air freshener into the smelly drains and toilet. We had to negotiate for over an hour to finally get the room changed. Bathroom is small with only 1 hook to hang towel & clothes. Quilts are of wrong size, they drape to the floor. Room has no lock and balcony lock is broken. Roomy apartment with utensils, but overall quality has much to improve on and is not recommended until then.
