Excellent choice for cruise cruise passengers. I stayed there pre and post cruise as it was within walking distance. Room was pleasant. Kitchen was well appointed. Only draw back was that brewed coffee was only available in the lobby. Staff spoke reasonably good English and were very helpful. Plan to stay again if I go to Yokohama

Our stay at Citadines was pleasant in so many ways, especially the coffee! Great amenities overall, the location, the lounge, the laundrette, the train station direct access, the bakery in the front, mini kitchen in room, etc. The only issue that I had was that the bed was as stiff as a board. I had to sleep with many extra pillows.
