Property was clean, aesthetic was super cute. Could walk to all major Hollywood areas. Only issue was there was no bartender and nobody as backup- they had the barista tending to the pool guests who wasn’t familiar with simple drinks. However when the drinks were incorrect they were very quick to comp the bill! Would stay again!

I really enjoyed this hotel! The property was so cute, had great character, staff was super helpful and kind. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was a little noisy but I was also right by the pool. I am not sensitive to noise so this wasn’t an issue for me. I had a great stay and will definitely be back!

The Desk person Gave a bigger room to the half of us that were 3 without asking which was very awesome. Appreciate those little things that happen without asking. Staff were super helpful from Garage to Desk etc. my room didn’t get made- not sure why but no big deal I survived. (Happened to be 2 times in a row during my travels-so perhaps more sensitive) I totally recommend this place still for closeness to Hollywood sign, Hollywood walk of Fame etc- walkable. There is a new In N Out next door though full all the time. Easy drive to everything LA like Melrose/Fairfax/Silverlake etc.. you feel protected by the secure garage and the sanctuary of this hotel.

This is a very aesthethically pleasing hotel, definitely one of their virtues. The staff was friendly, check in and check out very eficient, it is also on a privileged location with sunset blvd around the corner. The atmosfere was calm and relaxing, and this is a good adutls only hotel option (we barely saw any kids), they have a coffee bar and the drinks they serve are also really good! We had a great time chilling by the pool. The only complaint we have was that at some point during the early hours we heard a lot of stomping and even screaming upstairs, we did not know what was going on, but it was annoying to hear that while trying to get some sleep, definitely caught us off guard since we felt the atmosphere was very chill in the afternoon. The front desk manager was very accommodating and allowed us to do a late checkout due to this situation.
