We checked in late, and the staff were super friendly and helpful! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the dinners. The pub has such a cozy atmosphere, and the chef and waitress were amazing. Big thanks to the manager too for keeping a table for us without a booking — really appreciated! Overall, a lovely place with great service. We’re so glad we chose to stay here!

During my stay, the hotel had recently installed a new keyless card system for the rooms. Unfortunately, this system clearly does not work properly. On two separate occasions, two different guests were able to open my room door using their own cards. One of these incidents happened at 4:30 AM, which was extremely frightening and unacceptable.
