Gorgeous location on the beach. However our stay here was significantly colored by the fact that there is no food or coffee at the hotel before 1030am or after 6pm, therefore we needed to find other options and especially for breakfast we had to walk very far to find the only available open comedor. The hotel falsely advertised different hours on all of their menus and materials (that their kitchen opened at 8am) and didn’t even warn us before our stay or at check in. The room was nice and clean. However, I honestly would not stay here again.

Not worth the money, better options available

The hotel is only one year old but looks like it's at least 10 years old due to bad maintenance. Our room was not properly cleaned when checking in and there was sand on the floor. The hotel has no hot water and the drain was barely working. The restaurant takes the final order at 5.20pm as they shut at 6pm so we ordered dinner to be served at 7pm and got cold food served. In the morning the breakfast opens at 10am so we had to get fruits in the village

Likes: Room was really comfortable. Great location. Nice decoration. Really good drinks (Mezcalitas). Its a place to disconnect from the world. Workers are really nice. No like: Staff couldn't honor my expedia price to upgrade, they wanted to charge a full price difference. Not good. Staff in pool (waitress) you had to make her see you to order, because she will go back to bar and be on her phone. I believe the restaurant food its a 7 out of 10, and their prices are very excessive. Room bathroom shower had a roll of hair in the drainage, disgusting. Beach beds are very uncomfortable. Spa lady offered services over and over, kinda of uncomfortable the intensity, because she wasn't working the next day.

The hotel is a 5 min drive down a dirt road from hwy 200 and is relatively remote. A few small hotels and several beach restaurants that were ok. There are a few tiny stores and one decent one along the beach dirt road. The hotel is located right on the beach. From what we understand, this was once the Ambarina Hotel and was recently bought by the Flavia Group and renovated. It is a small boutique 2 floor hotel with 15 rooms. Our 2nd floor room had a nice view and balcony and was ok. Floor tiles looked old and tired. Staff do not speak english, except for the German bartender and mgr Jorge who was very helpful. The food is a little higher $ than the other restaurants on the beach, but food was superior. All food and drinks can go onto your room tab which is convenient. Unfortunately most days breakfast started @ 10am and last chance to order dinner was 6:15 despite menus that say 8am-10pm. Evening dishes, bottles, left over food etc around the pool and beach beds don’t get cleaned up until late morning (10-11am). It would be great if these 2 issues were addressed. The beach beds with umbrellas and pool seats are unique and comfortable. The eating table chairs have wide gaps in the slats and are very uncomfortable. 3 km of great beach for walking to the east, mostly with no development. Ocean is beautiful but has constant large waves. Didn’t find it conducive for snorkelling. There were a few aspects that we had to get over and then we enjoyed the unique casual atmosphere.

Other than being beachfront the Nossa Hotel was terrible, save your money and go elsewhere. - Service: some of the worst service we’ve received, the front desk made us feel like a hassle anytime we asked for anything. - Bar/restaurant: not available until 10:15am even though every menu/ad it says 8am. Can’t even get a coffee until after 10am. There is no great other food option in the entire surrounding area (especially before noon). They had 1 waiter for the entire beach club and hotel, it was nearly impossible to get their attention to put in an order. A few of our cocktails had plastic pieces in it from what I would assume is the bag of ice came in. - Facilities: every beach bed had mold growing on it, no staff would clean them at the end of the day/start of the day so they were filled with sand mold, old towels, beer cans etc and absolutely disgusting. The pool had a lot of bugs floating in it and is above ground, don’t let the photos fool you. Bathrooms by the pool were never cleaned while we were there, dirty toilets and half rolls of toilet paper. The hotel itself seems to be a poorly renovated old hotel that they tried to make “trendy” by adding some general upgrades. Many guests brought their dogs who pooped/peed all over the common areas. - Rooms: great ocean view is the only positive. Our tiled floor had gum stuck to it, the shower didn’t drain properly and filled our entire bathroom with water. The sink was made of wood and moldy. DO NOT GO TO NOSSA HOTEL.

El hotel en general está bien, las habitaciones son cómodas y la atención del personal fue excelente, especialmente Francisco, quien fue muy amable, simpático y servicial durante toda nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, hay algunos detalles que podrían mejorar. El baño está bastante separado del área con aire acondicionado, lo que provoca cambios bruscos de temperatura al pasar de un espacio a otro, y puede resultar incómodo, sobre todo por las noches. Además, una noche tuve la mala experiencia de encontrar un insecto mientras dormía. Sería importante reforzar las fumigaciones para evitar este tipo de situaciones. Fuera de eso, el servicio es bueno y la experiencia fue en general agradable. ¡Ah la comida deliciosa!

El servicio al huésped es terrible, la encargada de cocina/bebidas con una actitud nefasta, alimentos mal preparados, regrese algunos dos veces y solo medio le movían algo al platillo y lo regresaban tal cual. El servicio de comida y bar cierra a las 5:30, no hay cenas ni bebidas. El servicio gerencial deja mucho que desear, en dos ocasión solicitamos que nos atendiera y NUNCA llegó. Precios excesivos y porciones ridículamente pequeñas en cocteles. El servicio de limpieza del cuarto bastante regular, encontré mil insectos en la habitación, no cambiaban las toallas y solo medio las tendían en la cama. La ubicación es buena si quieres descansar, pero a tomar en cuenta que no hay NADA a los al rededores. Limpieza de la alberca muy mala, encontré un tornillo oxidado al fondo de la alberca, que tuve que sacar yo. Francisco es una excelente persona, muy atento y servicial, es lo único rescatable del hotel. El hotel es bonito pero nada funcional.
