Very helpful man at reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was pleasant but actually ordered before and served in room. Room was clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water. Airport transfer reasonable price and good driver. Strange to see the other staff actually sleeping on a mattress in the lobby for some of the day. Great hotel for the price and excellent location to walk to restaurants, designer shops, village, Old fort etc.

The room is spacious and clean, so also the bed, sheets, bathroom etc. The food is available from a nearby restaurant and can be home delivered too. The staff attends to the need of the clients. The hotel surrounding is not so great but it is safe and secured.

Customer service was good but the owner has not been paying attention to the property itself. Bathroom needs updating and closing of the window for privacy. Room was clean but did see some stains on the sheets. The restaurant is walking distance but doesn't feel like a safe route to get there due to the dirt road around. The property, however, does have a sign that apologizes for the road to the hotel which was gracious. I wouldn't be comfortable as a single traveler being here.
